Return & Exchange Policy

At Sarandipitie, we want you and your pet to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned between 31–60 days after delivery will receive store credit instead of a refund. We're unable to accept returns after 60 days.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In the same condition you received them
• In their original packaging, where applicable

Handmade Items

Because every item is handcrafted, slight variations in pattern placement, stitching, or trim are part of what makes each piece one of a kind — these are not considered defects and are not eligible for return on that basis alone. If your item arrives visibly damaged or defective, contact us right away and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Custom & Personalized Items

Items that are custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order (including name tags, embroidery, or custom sizing outside our standard range) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we sent an incorrect or defective item — in that case, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or design? We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order, so you don't have to wait on inventory availability.
